BricknFire Pizza Company arrives on site and heats up its mobile brick oven between 800-1000 degrees before baking its crust, made from imported Italian flour. A house made sauce blended with San Marzano tomatoes also lends to the authenticity, as well as locally grown produce. From there, each pie is dressed with simple gourmet ingredient's such as buffalo mozzarella and soppressata ham.
