SoPhiE - South Philly East
SoPhiE (South Philly East) is the first incubator food truck in the city of Philadelphia operating by SEAMAAC a non-profit in South Philadelphia. The goal is to provide an opportunity for local chefs to gain skill, knowledge, and experience in the food business field and to become a successful business owner. The two of our Burmese chefs has successfully become a business owner after the first year of SoPhiE operation. Currently, we have an Indonesian chef that serving great Indonesian cuisine. Our business schedule is at Mifflin Square Park (S.6th street and Ritner) every Wednesday and Friday from 3-7pm.
